Becoming a part of an organization as large and well known as Sigma Chi requires dedication and determination to want to build your own character and leadership in ways in line with the values of our fraternity.  Due to this, we look to recruit those that exemplify what we stand for and what we strive for, to cultivate and maintain the high ideals of Friendship, Justice, and Learning upon which Sigma Chi was founded.
