Rushing Sigma Chi
Sigma Chi is developing plans for a new Chapter House. The new house will be French Normandy in style, with a brick and stone exterior and a pitched slate roof. The interior of the house will feature bright and open common spaces on the first floor with a large deck adjacent to the dining room, overlooking the courtyard below. The design will focus on long-term maintenance and livability using the latest technologies and durable materials, finishes and fixtures. The house will be fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act and will contain suite space specifically for handicapped members. To learn more click on the picture above.
The house will provide competitive accommodations and social amenities for 21st century young men, as well as a pleasant living and learning environment. Until the start of construction in Summer 2013 we continue to make investments in the existing facility to accomodate the Chapter's current needs. The chapter plans to increase membership significantly for the opening of the new facility on one of the best Greek locations at Iowa State University. Don't miss out on this opportunity to be part it! ![]() ![]() Freshmen Scholarship
